“Who is A?” has been topping Australia’s search engines- The No. 1 most googled question in Australia. Oh yes, we still curious to find it out. Pretty Little Liars have been on screens for quite some time. They say that the people who follow Pretty Little Liars are the most patient people. Being a follower of Pretty Little liars, there are a few lessons picked up and applied to organisations:
1. Do not date your subordinate- in PLL, of course Ezra and Aria do make a lovely couple but then it has been illegal and it is quite hard for them. There are days that they have big fights and it becomes hard for Aria to be present and focus on Ezra’s lectures. Make sure you as a boss do not date any subordinates. At some point it becomes difficult to separate your love life and work life. It is necessary to think of the consequences in every aspect. If the relationship fails, it may be difficult and annoying to work with your ex-lover. It is a big NO for dating your subordinates.

2. Don't underestimate anyone- Did you expect Mona to backstab Hanna after being all nice and helpful? A person like Mona (a silly, clumsy and loud person) could not have been thought to turn out to assist A on the mission to destroy the girls. You cannot really expect or rely a 100% on someone to be perfect. You must be able to accept all their flaws, mistakes and be ready to discover something shocking or something weird about your colleagues. Likewise, just because a colleague has made a couple of mistakes, you cannot always judge a person.

3. Get to know people before lodging with them- Before Emily went on that crazy camping trip with Nate, who was actually Maya's stalker and killer, she should have gotten to know him better. It is always necessary to get to know your colleagues before you get cozy with them. You cannot really judge a person from the first impression and first few days. It takes a bit of time for that, it takes a situation to first judge someone. Make sure, you know who you are cozying up with.

4. You are always watched- The camera in the Radley bar where the girls were drinking was totally watching them. Of course there are going to be security cameras but it proves there is another spy. All your colleagues are watching you, and as you know you are always being monitored at work. Make sure you be at your best and deal things smoothly.
