Modern Family does more than just make us laugh every week. Most of us are absolutely obsessed with Pritchett family. If you are not a follower of this TV show, I highly suggest you to start. This series is heartwarming as it is hilarious, the comedy is also a reflection of our own relationships. Through the many ups and downs, there are all sorts of lessons that can be learnt from it. When it comes to career, this teaches us four most valuable lessons for life
Here are a few lessons from this quick-witted comedy:
1. Learn to value your experiences.
Jay Pritchett, head of households has taught to do so. He has a number of generations, cultures & traditions to deal with. Meanwhile, he evolves to be more modern than he would have liked. Jay teaches us that experience trumps all. He taught us that being young seem the best thing for a person but the old have done it before and even found something better to do after. That is why, your seniors and superiors always have the answer for your troubles.

2. Watch your competitors and learn from them.
It is Phil Dunphy who always intent on portraying a certain image of himself to his family and in laws. He never denied that he was not No.1. He always tried to achieve more by aiming higher and being optimistic about his own work but he never thought he was better off than others. He always learnt from the flaws of the competitors. After all, if your only victories are other people’s losses, you have never really won anything at all. Phil always maintains a clean track record of dealing with his customers, sometimes even caring about them too much, but that just makes him stand out even more from his rivals.

3. Perfection does not exists.
Claire Pritchett is just one of the many examples on Modern Family of perfect imperfection! Though she is obsessive and strives for flawlessness, even Claire makes a lot of mistakes always. But yet, she is has always been the most charming woman that everyone wants to be with! It is great to want to improve yourself, it is also important to realize that no one will ever be 100% "perfect. That is how it's supposed to be! You must learn to try to avoid mistakes and learn to love yourself.

4. Never give up!

Looking at Gloria Pritchett it is absolutely hard to imagine her having a problem doing anything, really, but as she reveals to us about her past, Gloria never really had everything easy. She drove cabs at night with her young son in the seat beside her, suffered through a bad marriage, and worked at a beat up hair salon in a hazy part of town - all with no guarantee that things were ever going to get better. The fact that she met Jay and now lives a life of luxury must be a way of the universe rewarding her for never giving up, no matter how hard times got. This explains that there will always be a way if you keep trying hard to succeed in life.
