As women, we can save our own money. There is not much need for help or therapy sessions.
From watching Shonda’s TV shows, who do you think teaches us important lessons? Is it Olivia Pope from Scandal, Annalise Keating from How to get away from a murder or Meredith Grey from Greys Anatomy? Well, all of them together has taught us quite a number of lessons!
Here are a few lessons picked from our most favourite TV shows
1. Women are strong and they sure can take care of themselves.
It does not matter whether you are supposed to raise a kid on your own, and having much more responsibilities. Yet as a women, you must be able to balance out your work life and personal life. Just like how Olivia Pope handles a situation and how controlling an entire room channeling their inner Annalise Keating.

2. Do not let a man stand in your way
Just because we might be in love does not mean you should allow a man to stand in your way of achieving success and happiness. As women, you should not give up on success just because you are in love. Find a way to make it work, be with a person who supports your success and wants to see you shine.

3. Stand up for yourself!
On your way to success, there would be people trying to shut you out. You cannot allow that because you need to speak up for yourself. You have to believe in yourselves. Nobody had doubted Olivia when she said her gut tells her something. Sometimes, you need to trust your gut.

4. Keep support around
You may run into problems that cannot be solved on your own and asking for help does not mean we kick any less, it just means that we have very supportive friends and family who are willing to help us out. Always appreciate people who help you on your way to success and help them out too.

5. Dance it all out
If you fail, and need away to put out your emotions, its best to do it in a way which would not be harmful to yourself or long term. You can either dance it all out or maybe drink some wine. Your worries will be there tomorrow and pushing them off one night will not make your world come to an end. Dancing sends endorphins to your brains so dance your problems away!
