Harvey Specter, can be simply described as - the impossibly slick, perfectly tailored, and utterly successful New York corporate lawyer at the center of the legal dramedy Suits, is the absolutely loved by many fans.
If you have any interest in law, Suits TV show is just for you. There are plenty of things you can learn from the show but few qualities and lessons for life can be learnt by Harvey Specter
1. Do not be a talking person, be a doer!
It is quite an important quality everyone should develop. Talking is quite easy but doing is absolutely difficult. Harvey Specter is the best example. He spends most of his time doing rather than talking. We rarely see Harvey explaining problems to other. He would rather just deal with it. Every second cannot be wasted crying over spilt milk. The only solution is what Harvey does- push forward and avoid blaming others.

2. Take control of your own responsibilities

Harvey brought Mike on board so he knows that if Mike makes mistakes, it is all on Harvey. You must be able to take responsibilities for your team and face the consequences.
3. Stay determined!

Unlike Mike Ross, Harvey made it the hard way. He worked his way right from bottom to the way top to the point where he got his name on the door. Harvey is extremely ambitious as he sets goals and never gives up until he achieves them. Every employee must be determined and ambitious to achieve their goals without giving up ones they start on a particular task.
4. Think big

Every successful person thinks big. That is why Harvey always goes for a big win rather that a small lose. You simply cannot have the “lets minimise our losses mindset” and be successful simultaneously. It is one or the other. So follow what every successful person that ever lived, do yourself a favour and aim high.
“That’s the difference between you and me, you wanna lose small, I wanna win big.”- Harvey Specter
5. First impression matters

Harvey owns his look because he understands that personal presentation directly influences whether people will want to do business with you or not. Harvey never shows up without a perfect suit, a close clean shave and a neat haircut. In order for others to respect you, you must first respect yourself. Be sure to dress the part, stay well groomed and show confidence in yourself at all times.
“First impressions last. You start behind the eight ball you’ll never get in front.”- Harvey Specter
